Celebrity, the first fully digital (SDI video, AES audio) production truck in the United States has received many upgrades since its inception. Benefiting from various upgrades including High Definition Sony HDC950/900 cameras and a Sony MVS8000 multi-format production switcher. As with AMV’s Titan, Resolution and Cinetour mobile units and Matrix carrypack; Celebrity is able to capture images natively at 1080/60i, 1080/24p, 1080/25p and 1080/30p resolutions to HDCAM High Definition VTRs as well as Standard Definition serial digital to DigitalBetacam. Audio has benefited from a new Studer Vista 8 digital audio console. Most recently, Celebrity’s Monitor Wall has been upgraded combining the best LCD and conventional CRT technology, offering fully customizable ergonomics via motorized panels for optimized viewing angles.
Celebrity is designed for total digital (HD-SDI, SD-SDI, AES/EBU) signal flow and 16-camera (or more) capacity, giving it the power, efficiency, flexibility and reliability to cover even the most elaborate entertainment and sporting events.
